Why We Exist

Growing up is hard enough.

Add an unstable home, a school stretched too thin, or no one around who's done this before — and a lot of kids stop believing there's a path forward. That's the gap RichKrew exists to close.

Who We Are

We don't just hand out programs. We show up.

Five years in these communities taught us this isn't fixed with a single event. It's built session by session, relationship by relationship — in barbershops, in classrooms, in living rooms.

Founded by Nikita Richardson, RichKrew started with one belief: invest in a young person and they will rise.

Pathways to Life

A 9-month leadership and life skills program empowering graduating seniors to step into their purpose with confidence and direction.

Books and Barbers

Students get a free haircut while reading to a mentor right there in the chair. Literacy and confidence, without it ever feeling like a lesson.

Bi-monthly sessions built around confidence, leadership, and social-emotional growth — at the age when it matters most.

Athletics · Youth Development

RichSports

RichSports uses athletics as a platform to build discipline, teamwork, and character in young people. Through sports training and mentorship, we teach students that the same drive it takes to compete on the court or field is the same drive it takes to win in life.

Health Education · Youth Development

RichHealth

RichHealth equips youth with practical health knowledge and leadership skills to make informed choices and promote healthier communities. Through health education, peer advocacy, and community partnerships, youth learn about oral health, tobacco and vaping prevention, and other areas of preventive wellness.
