About
RichKrew Inc. was birthed from a calling, a deep desire to help young people in Arkansas believe in their potential and prepare for life beyond the classroom. Our founder, Nikita B. Richardson, knows firsthand what it means to overcome challenges and become the first in her family to graduate college and pursue a graduate degree.
Raised in Altheimer, Arkansas, Nikita grew up in a small community where big dreams often faced big barriers. But with faith, guidance, and grit, she became a proud graduate of White Hall High School (Class of 2008), the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff (Class of 2013) with a B.A. in Social Work, and Walden University (Class of 2020) with a Master’s in Social Work. Her journey wasn’t just about degrees, it was about becoming the person she once needed as a young girl navigating life’s unknowns.
After working in schools, community programs, and social work, she saw a major gap: Students were graduating without the life tools, confidence, and mentorship needed to succeed after high school. They had talent, dreams, and potential, but many lacked direction, resources, and support.
So in 2023, RichKrew Inc. was born.
Our name represents more than just wealth it's about being “rich” in faith, purpose, leadership, and life.” We believe success isn't defined by money, but by mindset, integrity, and community. That’s why our programs go beyond academics, we focus on life skills, mentorship, wellness, decision-making, financial literacy, and personal growth.
RichKrew is now a growing nonprofit, proudly rooted in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Through signature programs like Pathways to Life, RichHer, and Books & Barbers, we serve high school seniors, middle school girls, and boys in underserved communities.
We exist to stand in the gap, to build bridges between school and real life, and to raise up a generation of youth who are confident, equipped, and purpose-driven.

Pathways to Life Program
A senior-level program focused on professionalism, financial literacy, wellness, and post-graduation planning.
RichHer-Grades 6th-8th (coming soon)
A bi-monthly mentorship group for middle school girls that builds self-worth, leadership, and Christ-centered confidence.
Books & Barber
A community literacy initiative where students read to mentors while receiving free haircuts, promoting both learning and self-pride.
About Us
I’m Nikita B. Richardson, founder of RichKrew Inc.—a nonprofit based in Pine Bluff, Arkansas dedicated to preparing students for life after high school.
As a first-generation college and graduate school graduate raised in Altheimer, I know how important mentorship, life skills, and faith-based guidance are for young people. That’s why I created RichKrew: to help students become rich in purpose, leadership, and life.
Through our programs like Pathways to Life, RichHer, and Books & Barbers, we provide real-world workshops, mentorship, and community support to help youth confidently step into their future—whether that’s college, the workforce, trade school, or military service.
